Primary Science Subject Leaders Update: Keeping up to date with Science Curriculum Developments 

This ‘not to be missed’ session for established subject leaders, will keep you up to date with the latest from DfE, Ofsted, ASE and many other science education organisations. Throughout, there will be opportunities to improve science subject knowledge and discover practical ideas and activities that will support ‘sticky and secure’ knowledge in science lessons. There will also be opportunities to share ideas, discuss concerns and network with other primary science subject leaders from the region.

Outcomes

Schools will:

  • Be able to plan for any changes needed to science provision considering any recent developments
  • Use new ideas and activities to teach science to your children
  • Increase your knowledge and understanding of science
