â€¢ understand the importance of reading for pleasure
â€¢ understand how aspects their own practice can impact childrenâ€™s reading for pleasure
â€¢ know how to develop a reading for pleasure pedagogy
â€¢ be aware of a range of sources for developing their own knowledge of childrenâ€™s literature
