Please note:
The default delivery will remain as remote delivery via Microsoft Teams administered by CPD@UCS. This is reflected in the content/ timings as stated. Should Government policy/University of Chester policy change we will revert to face2face delivery if/ when appropriate.

These sessions offer support
for and between schools with combined year groups (especially small schools)
·
The first session will
identify some key issues, especially around curriculum management, sequencing, progression
and assessment
·
From this, in-school tasks
will be devised to take forward based on school need
· An additional one-to-one online support session between sessions 1 and 2 will be available (extra charge applied)
At Session 2 we will review progress, solutions, determine an action timeline and consider future/ongoing support needs
Session 1: 17.03.02 from 1.00 pm - 3.30 pm
Session 2: 17.05.22 from 1.00 pm - 3.30 pm
Outcomes
Schools will:

Receive mutual and facilitated
support for curriculum management
·
Consider issues about
curriculum planning, progression and sequencing in schools with combined year
groups
·
Receive support in the
development of effective strategies in line with national expectations
(including Ofsted requirements)
·
Identify key actions which
address the specific needs and conditions of their school
