This training will update governors on the new Ofsted Framework. It will help them to understand what their role is likely to be in a future inspection, give advice on how they can prepare for it and will draw on examples of recent Ofsted Inspections both locally and nationally.
Outcomes
Schools will:
- Have governors who understand their role in an Ofsted Inspection
- Have governors who are clear about how to prepare for Inspection
- Have knowledge of recent inspections and the role of governors
